Project Management
Creative Studio project management approach provides our clients with a single source of contact and responsibility. Our project manager's are responsible for the project schedule, team’s technical planning, quality, and performance throughout your project. the project manager is the single point of contact and the primary representative for our team and coordinates all project activities to attain the project objectives. The project manager leads all project meetings and prepares the records for each meeting.
Construction Observation
During the construction document phase, the design team refines the concept developed during the design phase and work with the client as the owner, to refine the building systems and costs. At the time of construction, an experienced construction administrator, working under the project manager’s direction, attends schedule weekly job site meetings with the contractor and owner at the site. At each weekly job site meeting the status of the project is reviewed as well as any issues that require resolution.
