At Creative Studio we firmly believe that a building is never the product of an individual’s artistic vision but rather that it is the result of a finely executed process in which all contributions and concerns are aimed to achieve the client’s goals. We follow an efficient and integrated design process based on the principle that the disciplines of planning, programming and designs are inextricably woven with engineering and other specialized services.

MASTER PLANNING

Master planning requires knowledge in all aspects to build an alluring environment. It requires collaboration with a variety of experts as well as partnership and understanding. Creative Studio management plan provides controls to the project and assures coordination, quality and effective communication among all parties. All our plans walk through the lines of teamwork and coordination with our client and other project consultants. We have established project communication, project control, and project schedule systems which assure us unmatched quality deliverance

All our residential designs focus on your comfort, budget, needs and desires. Our project managers always make sure that your house reveals your culture and lifestyle.

Project Management

Creative Studio project management approach provides our clients with a single source of contact and responsibility. Our project manager(s) are responsible for the project schedule, team’s technical planning, quality and perfoemance throughout your project. the project manager is the single point of contact and the p[rimary representative for our team, and coordinates all project activities to attain the project objectives. The project manager leads all project meetings and prepares the records for each meeting.

Construction Observation

During the construction document phase, the design team refines the concept developed during the design phase and work with the client as the owner, to refine the building systems and costs. At the time of construction, an experienced construction administrator, working under the project manager’s direction, attends schedule weekly job site meetings with the contractor and owner at the site. At each weekly job site meeting the status of the project is reviewed as well as any issues that require resolution.
